Team members and roles

Short answer
Invite people under Settings → Team. Each person has a role: owner, admin, member or viewer. Plus includes 3 people; each extra person costs $6 / €6 per month.
What each role may do

Roles are checked on the server for every action, not only hidden in the interface.
Working together
When someone replies in the inbox, the chat is marked as taken over by them, and every manual message shows its author. The Team filter lists all chats a person is handling.

Can a member send a campaign?
Members can prepare campaigns; an owner or admin sends them.
How do I manage several Instagram accounts?
Each Instagram account is its own DMowl account. “All accounts” shows usage and unread chats of every account you belong to.
