What is an active contact?
Someone who received a message from an automation, a campaign or the AI agent in that calendar month. Contacts who just sit in your CRM, and your own manual replies, are free.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing is billed extra. New contacts simply don’t get automated messages until next month, or the AI agent pauses and conversations wait for you in the inbox. We email you at 80 % and 100 %, and a higher tier applies immediately.
Can I change my tier anytime?
Yes. Upgrades apply right away and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period; downgrades become credit.
How does the trial work?
Plus costs a one-time $1 / €1 for 14 days. You add a card at the start; we remind you 3 days before the trial ends. If you don’t cancel, Plus continues in the size you chose — cancel in two clicks anytime.
Is there a discount for agencies?
Yes: if you own 5 or more paid accounts, all of them get 10 % off; from 10 accounts it’s 20 %. The discount is applied automatically — see the agencies page.
