Is DMowl allowed by Meta?
Yes. DMowl only uses the official Instagram API (Instagram Business Login). No scraping, no password sharing, no bots logging in as you.
Do I need a business account?
You need an Instagram Business or Creator account. Switching takes 30 seconds in the Instagram app and is free.
What are “active contacts”?
A contact is active when DMowl messaged them this month — via automation, campaign or AI agent. Everyone else stays in your CRM for free.
Will I sound like a bot?
Not if you do it right: rotating reply variants, variables like {{first_name}} and an AI agent that learns your tone from your real messages.
