Delete your data

You can delete the data DMowl stores about you at any time. This page also serves as the data deletion instructions for Meta.
Delete your DMowl login
Log in → My profile → Delete my login. This deletes your login, your personal account and every account only you own — including Instagram tokens, contacts, messages, automations and campaigns. Active subscriptions must be cancelled first.
Delete an additional account
Account settings → Danger zone → Delete account (owners only).
Remove DMowl from Instagram
In Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove DMowl. We immediately delete the access token and stop receiving data; your DMowl login and automations remain until you delete them as described above.
If you also request deletion of your data there, DMowl automatically deletes everything it received from that Instagram account — contacts, messages, comments, posts and giveaway entries — and Instagram shows you a confirmation code. You can check the status on this page with that code.
You wrote to a business that uses DMowl?
That business is responsible for your data. Reply “STOP” in the conversation to stop automated messages, and ask the business to delete your data. If you contact us, we forward your request.
