## Rules for agents
- Start with `get_account` to learn the plan, limits and connected account.
- Automations are created as drafts. Show the user, then activate with `set_automation_status`.
- `send_campaign` and `draw_giveaway` contact real people and cannot be undone — confirm first.
- Instagram only allows business DMs within 24h of the contact's last message; prefer audience "active".
- Follows can be verified (ask_follow / check steps); likes cannot — the Instagram API doesn't expose them.
