25 prompts to run your Instagram DMs with ChatGPT or Claude

Before you start

These prompts assume ChatGPT or Claude is connected to DMowl (see our guides for ChatGPT and Claude). Without a connector they still help you plan and write, but the assistant can’t create anything.

Good prompts say what, for whom and what to check: the keyword, the offer, the link, the tone, and “show me before you activate”.

Comment-to-DM funnels

• “Create a comment-to-DM automation for my next post. Keyword: GUIDE. DM the link https://… with a button, and reply publicly ‘Check your DMs 📩’. Show me the draft.”
• “Use your template list and pick the best template for selling a €29 e-book. Set the keyword to EBOOK.”
• “Build an automation that only sends the link to people who follow me. If they don’t, ask them to follow first and check again.”
